Save us some SPACE! Small SATS and access to space Workshop

In an era when thousands of satellites are orbiting the earth, and there are plans for big constructions of hundreds and thousands satellites, there is concern that huge companies, governments and armies, will impose limitations on research satellites and especially on nano-satellites. The workshop will discuss this issue, as it will be major issue in the future, and examine the required course to obtain an international declaration on dedicated orbit for research, educational non-commercial and non-governmental satellites , for preventing use restriction of space.
