Dr. Hilel Rubinstein is physicist, a postdoctoral fellow in the Earth and Planetary Imaging Facility (EPIF) at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where he develops an innovative concept of a very low-altitude satellite. Hilel is the manager and one of the founders of the Desert Mars Analog Ramon Station (D-MARS), and the founder of the Israeli Young Astronauts Academy at the Davidson Institute for Science Education.
