Dr. Nili Mandelblit

Director of AeroSpace, Transport, and Advanced Materials and Production Programs, ISERD (Israel-Europe R&D Directorate), Israel Innovation Authority

Dr. Nili Mandelblit is the director of AeroSpace, Transport, and Advanced Materials and Production programs in ISERD (Israel-Europe R&D Directorate), Israel Innovation Authority.
In her role at ISERD, Nili serves as the head delegate of Israel to the European Union's Space Research and Innovation Committee (the EU Framework Program). In Israel, NIli serves as a member in the Space Committee of the Israel National R&D Council.
Nili holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego. Nili conducted her post-doctorate research in Paris, France in the Ecole Polytechnique, CREA.
During the years 1998-2009, Nili conducted a career in the High Tech industry in Israel as Director and A-VP of product technology management and marketing in a number of international software companies and start-ups. Nili also served as a lecturer at the MBA program of Ben Gurion University of the Negev, teaching courses on innovation, technology international marketing, and computer science.
