Naama has been practicing law in the aerospace industry for close to twenty years and is among Israel’s leading satellite attorneys. Having worked extensively with both traditional industry leaders and innovative NewSpace startups, Naama brings a combination of experience and out-of-the-box thinking to the table.

Naama Margolis & Associates, established by Naama in 2010, has represented Israeli and foreign space manufacturers and operators in a variety of cross-border transactions and advises these clients on various corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects of their operations.  Prior to establishing Naama Margolis & Associates, Naama served as Associate General Counsel of Israel Aerospace Industries. As part of the Office of the General Counsel, Naama provided on-going legal and business support to IAI’s Systems, Missiles and Space Group and to upper management at IAI Headquarters. 

Naama represented IAI at the Knesset during the enactment of Israel’s Defense Export Control Law and related regulations, in 2007-2008, and later served as IAI’s special counsel on their implementation. Naama has continued to independently advise on and actively participate in Israeli export control reform discussions with industry leaders, legislators and regulators over past decade.
